If you grew up during the 1980s and 1990s, it's likely you know of the Sylvanian Families. These little animal figurines were released in 1985, and gained popularity not just in Japan but across the globe. A special exhibition taking place at Hiroshima's Okuda Genso Sayume Museum will explore the history of the Sylvanian Families, with more than 1,000 types of dolls, houses, and furniture on display.
Admission prices for this leg of the event have not yet been determined - updates should be posted on the official event website closer to the commencement date.
