One of the best parts of traveling is enjoying new cuisine at your destination, but jetting off around the globe has been off the cards for a little while now. The Strings by InterContinental Tokyo are remedying this with their summer Travel Afternoon Tea event, which will be offered from July. The theme of the event is a luxury foodie trip around the world, and there will be a variety of different cuisines incorporated in the dishes served, including French, Italian, Hawaiian, and Indian.
The cost for the afternoon tea event is 5500 yen per head, and the event will run from July 1st (Thursday) through until September 14th (Tuesday). Reservations can be made via the official hotel website here.
